2016 Cordes Area Heritage Festival

Join us at the High Desert Heritage Museum (19600 Stagecoach Trail, Cordes Junction, AZ 86333) from 9 AM-1 PM. From 9-10AM we will be enjoying four 15-minute discussions about varied topics, including a History of the Agua Fria National Monument from Connie Stone (Archaeologist), Prehistoric and Historic Cultural Resources from Bryan Lausten (BLM's Monument Archaeologist), Oral Histories of the Monument from Gerri Haase (Oral Historian), and Riparian Areas and IBAs from Tim Flood (FAFNM Director). Join us after for self-guided tours at the 1891 School House Site, The Teskey Home Site, Pueblo La Plata, and the Badger Springs petroglyphs from 10 AM-1PM.
